Victor Kayode is a vibrant Leadership and Management Expert with over two decades of experience in the area of leadership and general management. As a renowned Leadership and Management Consultant, Coach and Trainer, he has trained, mentored young leaders, individuals, employees and consulted for some top public and private organizations in Nigeria. Victor holds a Master’s degree In Business Administration, (PGD) Human Resource Management, from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, (LAUTECH) Ogbomoso, Oyo State and Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Theology from the Redeemed Bible College Theological School.
Victor started his working career with Loped Associate in 2003 and served the Company meritoriously in various capacities that prepared him for subsequent value-creating career path. He joined the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development, NITAD in 2007 and with hard work, commitment and dedication to duty, he was promoted as Training Manager to oversee both the PGD program and the Training Department of the Institute before his appointment as Registrar/CEO of the Institute (2017 to 2020). Victor is a Board/Faculty Member of Youth With A Vision (YWAV), HMJames Management Consulting, Eastfields Communications and Marketing Services and the CEO of TEMBAM Consult.
He is a FELLOW of Nigerian Institute of Training, Development, Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance, USA and Member of the Board of Trustees, Institute of Management Consultant of Nigeria (IMCON). He is a Pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God, (RCCG) and he is happily married with a lovely wife and lovely children.
